Terms of Service
Short and honest, like the product: free to shoot, one flat price to develop, your photos stay yours.
The service
TBT (usetbt.com, operated by TBT / Andi Prifti) lets event hosts create a disposable-camera experience: guests scan a QR code, capture a limited roll of photos, clips, and voice wishes, and everything collects into the host's private event album after the event.
Accounts and events
Hosts sign in with Google or Apple to create and manage events. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for having the right to run TBT at your event - including letting your guests know their photos, clips, and voice recordings become part of the event album.
Creating an event and letting guests shoot is free. Guest participation requires no account.
Payment: developing the film
The album is browsable free of charge with watermarks. Removing watermarks and unlocking full-quality downloads (“developing the film”) is a one-time purchase of $149 USD per event.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record - Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Nothing is charged before or during your event.
Your content
Everything guests capture belongs to the event's people - TBT claims no ownership of your photos, clips, or voice wishes. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, process (e.g. watermarks, thumbnails), and deliver them to the event's album.
Don't use TBT to capture or share content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to capture. We may remove content or close events that break this.
Service quality
We build TBT to survive real weddings - but photos taken through browsers on hundreds of phone models, venue wifi, and live events carry inherent variability. TBT is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the event in question. If something goes wrong on our side, talk to us - the refund policy is deliberately generous.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Questions: hello@usetbt.com. This version: September 29, 2026.
