Refund Policy
The whole product is “see it before you pay for it.” This page just writes that down.
You pay after, not before
TBT charges nothing to create an event or to let your guests shoot. The entire album is browsable - watermarked - before any payment. You only pay the one-time $149 to develop the film once you've seen what your guests captured. Most refund policies protect you from buying blind; ours starts with you never buying blind.
14-day guarantee after developing
If you develop the film and something is genuinely wrong - media missing, files broken, quality not matching what the watermarked album showed - write to us within 14 days of payment and we'll fix it or refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation: hello@usetbt.com with your event code.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record - refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within 5-10 business days of approval.
Cancellation
There's nothing to cancel: TBT has no subscription. An undeveloped event costs nothing, forever. If you'd like an event and its media deleted entirely, email us and it's done.
